What age is this product for?
This screening tool is appropriate for kids that are about 15 months to 12 years. Some suggested adaptations are also shared so that it can be used with teens as well.
Can I print and share this product?
You can use this product over and over again with anyone on your caseload, either printing or digitally sharing the results. However, it is not to be distributed to other therapists for their own use.
Do I need to administer the screening tool or can it be used by the client independently?
It can be used independently, however it’s recommended that you complete it with the parent/caregiver to ensure the most accurate responses and have a fuller sense of the child’s challenges with eating. Administration directions are included.
