from 23 reviewsIt’s been so nice to have this meal plan! I’ve been meaning to get back in to weekly planning my family’s meals and this was just the help I needed. It’s very easy to use and includes recipes and shopping list templates. I like the blank meal planning sheet too so I can input my own ideas and things I know my family likes and plan in times when we will be eating out.

These cards are incredibly easy for young children to use and I love that there are SO many options available for them!

These Visual Schedules are a great resource for me as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. In the first week after purchasing them, I used them to help 5 children!

Incredibly well thought out! Love the directions, descriptions, and I look forward to using these cards with my son! And hopefully other children that need care too :)

The images are very simple, clear, and of good quality. I appreciate the directions also offered! Easy for parents and professionals

These were exactly what I needed! I like the simple and easy to use design too. Thank you so much!

Just wanted to share our progress and officially announce the end of this chapter in our lifes: 2 years ago, she barely ate any protein aside from ... milk? No veggies and the only fruits were mandarines and raspberries....so, basically her diet was merely cookies, plain crackers, milk and limited fruits. She was classified as an ultra extreme picky eater. Thanks to the time and dedication we were able to invest during the covid19 quarantine period, we have added a lot of new items to her menu like meat patties, chicken nuggets, pork chops, sausages, chicken wings, fried and boiled eggs, broccoli, lentils and we are now playing with carrots... she is already able to put a small piece of carrots on her lips... I'm sure in no time and without pressure she will be eating them. She is growing and enjoying life more with the extra energy she is getting. We just happened to cross the fear barrier for new foods, and since then the improvement has been exponential. There is light at the end of the tunnel, just be persistent, don't give up, it is hard I know, but if you put your soul and hart you will be compensated and the miracle will happen. Seriously, I though I would never see this kind of improvement but here we are enjoying a meal in a restaurant.

I have 2 picky eater kids, both under 7. I saw a change from day one of listening to this course... I was able to start understanding what I could do differently, to make a difference with helping my kids. This course so far (I am only half way through it and love it) has changed daily feelings of dread, discouragement, worry, frustration and helplessness around mealtimes. The daily worry and then pressure I was directing toward my kids is gone around meals and it SHOWS in their behaviors at meals and snack and variety in trying new things. It's a slow process but it's happening.. I am extremely greatful and happier in the kitchen :))

On a positive note, I do want to mention that J's OT is very impressed with all the progress he made with me just following the Mealtime Works program for the year prior to him starting official OT. The OT said that she is sure that J would have severe delays in multiple areas at this point if I had not implemented the Mealtime Works program with him, so I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for how you have helped me!

I am a seasoned pediatric occupational therapist, and I still feel like this course was helpful in giving me a better structure for how I complete feeding therapy with my clients. It helps combine a lot of the techniques that I already use into a more organized process. I also found it very helpful as a parent to give the information in a manageable and not overwhelming amount with “action steps” at the end of each lesson as homework.

So much more understanding! I am really thankful to be understanding my kids better and being able to see some of their more annoying (to me) struggles from a completely different perspective! It explains a lot of the struggles and odd things my kids do! It has always bothered me when my daughter (7) works with me in the kitchen her hands are always in everything but yesterday, understanding more now, I let her dip the french toast bread into the bowl of eggs with her clean hands and she was in heaven

As a pediatric massage & touch therapist specializing in ASD, SPD & ADHD, this is the most complete and comprehensive training I have undertaken specific to my field. The course is professional from beginning to end. How the course is designed, the true life scenarios, the down to Earth explanations all work together for the learner to feel successful, knowledgeable and, empowered in their learning. The program handouts are clear, concise, and informative. I know this will elevate my clinic and practical skills and best of all, benefit the children and families that I work with to improve their quality of life. Thank you to Alisha and team, it truly is an amazing course and I'm grateful I found it.

This course is fantastic! As a pediatric OT, you have cleared up many misconceptions about sensory processing, offered countless new therapeutic interventions, and encouraged me to think out of the box, dig a little deeper to figure out what is really going on. Thank you so much!

Table Food School gave me a very good guidance as to how to start my 14 months old toddler with table food. I have brought my toddler to visit different speech therapist and they all confirmed she doesn't have any oral motor issues but rather sensitive to textures. The course helped me to better understand how I could help her with feeding and what are the strategies to tackle her sensory difficulties.
